Steve is a familiar face of British TV & film, having performed both comedic and serious roles in numerous TV and Film productions. His breakthrough project was Sightseers, a multi-award winning dark British comedy following the exploits of a caravanning serial killer couple, which he also co-wrote with Alice Lowe. Steve’s other film appearances include Love Again (2023), The Phantom of the Open (2022), In Fabric (2019), A Dark Song (2016), Paddington (2014) and The World’s End (2013).

On television he has numerous credits including Still Up (2023), D.I. Ray (2022) Killing Eve (2022), Doctor Who (2021), Line of Duty (2021), Code 404 (2019-21), Ghosts (2020) and The End Of The F***ing World (2017-19). Steve has a background in live comedy and appeared as a support act in Steve Coogan's 2008–09 stand up tour Steve Coogan is.....Alan Partridge and other less successful characters".

He also regularly performs his live show Club Fantastico in London with comedy partner Tom Meeten.
